Oct 17: Civilians were killed in Maqbanah district, Taiz, Yemen, and each side blames the other. Taiz authorities say Houthi shelling killed 8 and hurt 6; the Houthi-run health ministry says 4 Saudi airstrikes killed 9 and hurt 16. Neither is verified.
