I'm not touching you: Cosmos 2612 and ICEYE-X36

Single-panel cartoon meme captioned COSMOS 2612, ONE DAY LATER: above Earth in starry low orbit, a smug grey cylindrical satellite labeled COSMOS 2612 reaches out a thin robot arm and holds a pointing finger right next to the face of a deadpan, sweating boxy satellite labeled ICEYE-X36, saying I'M NOT TOUCHING YOU. Floating nearby: a red shipping container stenciled exeindex.com, a newspaper headlined GUAM BACK TO ALL CLEAR, and a steaming mug. @exeindex in the corner.

Satire / Meme. Cosmos 2612 vs ICEYE-X36, day 2: Orbital Radar's pair-history tracking data (https://orbitalradar.com/conjunction/59103-68762) puts Russia's Cosmos 2612 about 136 m from the US-registered ICEYE-X36 radar satellite. Analyst Marco Langbroek (SatTrackCam Leiden update 18 Oct 2026 14:30 UTC) says there was a close approach early Oct 18, possibly around 01:35 UTC, and he sees no indication ICEYE-X36 was hit.
