Ukraine MoD video of a wounded soldier evacuated from the front by drone

Video posted Oct. 20, 2026 by Ukraine's Ministry of Defence, with footage credited to the 92nd Assault Brigade's YouTube channel. The ministry says that for the first time in the world a wounded soldier was evacuated from the front line by an aerial drone: a 30th Mechanized Brigade infantryman hit at a position no other means could reach was flown out after the 92nd Assault Brigade, the 30th and 14th Mechanized Brigades and the 10th Army Corps worked with manufacturer Gurzuf Defence on a solution. The 42-second vertical video shows the soldier in a harness under a large multirotor drone and the drone lifting him; the 'world first' is the ministry's claim.
