SBU video: alleged Russian agent detained in Kyiv over Odesa strike and terror plot

Video and photos released Oct. 21, 2026 by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The SBU says its counter-intelligence detained an 18-year-old Odesa resident in Kyiv who passed Russia the coordinates of a postal logistics terminal in Odesa that was later hit by jet-powered drones in August, tracked air-defence and defence-industry sites in Odesa region and scouted coordinates in Dnipro, then set up a hidden camera disguised as a juice box opposite a Kyiv resident's home to prepare a terrorist attack. It says he was served a notice of suspicion of high treason under martial law and is held without bail; the video shows armed SBU officers detaining him, his face obscured, and the seized camera.
