Sensitive content: may show injury or death

Graphic released Oct. 18, 2026 by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistani military's media wing. ISPR says security forces carried out three intelligence-based operations on Oct. 17 in Quetta, Nushki and Khuzdar districts of Balochistan against militants it describes as Indian-sponsored members of 'Fitna al Hindustan', the government's term for Baloch armed groups, and killed eight: five at an attempted roadblock in the Panjpai area of Quetta district, two in a hideout raid in Nushki and one in Khuzdar, where it says 490 kg of explosives were recovered. The graphic shows recovered explosive drums and bodies blurred by the source. Pakistan's account has not been independently verified.
