Satire / Cartoon. Acting Navy Secretary Hung Cao said on Thursday, Oct 15, 2026, at the AUSA conference that the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group deployed on Oct 8 with a medium-sized unmanned surface vessel, the first carrier strike group to deploy with one (DefenseScoop, Military.com, Business Insider). The Navy has not named the USV model. Zero chow complaints is the cartoon's joke, not a reported fact.
