New plate, who dis? Kenya's UK-stolen Land Rover

Two-panel cartoon meme in the woman yelling at cat format. Left, captioned IT WAS STOLEN IN THE UK!: a frantic cartoon detective in a navy INTERPOL jacket yells and points while a colleague holds her shoulder; she holds a folder reading 260,000 CHECKED and exeindex.com. Right, captioned NEW PLATE, WHO DIS?: a smug grey boxy SUV with cartoon eyes sits at a dinner table behind a salad, its front plate reading KCY 001J, under a framed meadow painting labeled MEADOW, REVISITED. @exeindex in the corner. — EXE Index original cartoon (@exeindex) · EXE Index original
