Details
The data was sound and the app was fine. It just reported partial results, which in politics is called messaging. Backup plan: hold music. Based on: The party said its caucus app recorded data accurately but reported only partial data because of a coding issue. Precinct chairs waited on hold for up to 90 minutes.
