Parking enforcement fears nothing: tank stuck on median

Cartoon in SNECK style: a big olive-green army tank sits stuck on top of a crushed concrete highway median while cars wait in the lanes behind it. In front, a deadpan parking officer in a peaked cap, a dark mask with big googly eyes and a yellow sash calmly holds up a parking ticket to the tank's gun barrel, ticket book in hand. A smug googly-eyed drone hovers overhead and a roadside billboard shows a meadow painting. Caption: PARKING ENFORCEMENT FEARS NOTHING.
EXE Index original cartoon (SNECK STUDIO, @exeindex)

Satire / Cartoon. A Taiwan army tank rode up onto a Miaoli highway median Friday after a suspected brake failure. No one was hurt, per CNA and SETN. Police are assessing liability. Parking enforcement already has.
