Opening Soon™ (Since 2011)

Anime-style cartoon in a dark brick bar: a cream caped figure with an airport-building head, labeled The New Airport, says 'Any day now. No big party, though.' A sign reads Opening Soon, since 2011, and a notice reads Defects found: 20,000+. — EXE original cartoon

An airport that kept its 'opening soon' sign long enough for it to become a landmark.
