crime_stats.exe Executed a Data Dump

Anime-style cartoon in a dark brick bar: a teal monitor-headed figure, labeled The National Chart, says 'New system! Same country, about 40% less of it.' A screen reads crime_stats.exe, migrate to NIBRS, dropping the other 40%, and paper agency files lie on the floor labeled about 7,000 agencies.
EXE original cartoon

A national crime chart switches systems and throws out about 40% of its agencies with the old one.
