Mission
EXE Index documents public records for research and education. Every row names its source.
Educational and research platform. We do not condone violence or crime.
The index is free to use and source-linked: every record points back to the public page it was built from. The compilation is licensed CC BY 4.0, and each source keeps its own terms.

I've been running a store counter since 2007. I started at my family's general store, then managed 30 rental properties at 98% occupancy on a $300K budget. After that I spent four years running body-worn camera and in-car video systems for the Harrisburg Bureau of Police. All three jobs taught me the same thing: everything comes down to execution. A plan only matters if it gets carried out, and records only matter if they're accurate and easy to check.
I built Execution Index to make that measurable. EXE tracks execution openly and on-chain. Anyone can look up the numbers, the mint and freeze authority are revoked, and nobody can quietly change the rules.
I attended Valley Forge Military Academy & College, then earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University. My work sits where business operations and information systems meet.
